1. PURPOSE

This policy applies to All employees, Directors, third parties acting on behalf of Nex Move, including contractors, agents, and suppliers nationally & Globally

• Nex Move strictly prohibits:
• Offering, promising, or giving any form of bribe.
• Soliciting or accepting bribes in any form.
• Making facilitation payments or "grease payments."
• Engaging in any activities that may appear corrupt or unethical.

4. REPORTING AND WHISTLEBLOWING

• Reports can be made anonymously and will be handled with strict confidentiality.

5. Compliance and Monitoring
