Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Nex Move, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best relocation and logistics services. We understand that plans can change, and we have established a clear refund and cancellation policy to address your needs.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made more 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
- Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Service Not Rendered: If Nex Move fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to company-related issues, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
3. Exceptions
- Non-refundable items include:
- Custom packing materials once delivered.
- Specialized equipment rentals.
- Refunds may not be granted in cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) that prevent Nex Move from delivering services.
