Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered for transactions that meet the following criteria:

  • Unauthorized transactions resulting from fraudulent activities.
  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors or system malfunctions.
  • Payments for services not rendered or products not delivered as promised.

Refund Request Timeframe

Customers must submit refund requests within 24 hours from the date of the original transaction.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer support team at 1800 419 5949. They may be required to provide transaction details and any relevant supporting documentation.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction. If this is not feasible due to technical limitations, alternative refund methods may be employed at the discretion of HALEF International Pvt Ltd

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the respective financial institutions involved.

Refund Fees

Halef International does not charge any additional fees for processing refunds. However, customers are responsible for any charges imposed by their payment service providers or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Certain transactions are deemed non-refundable and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. These transactions include: –

  • Scheduled Bookings – Booking Cancellations within 0-4 Hours from the scheduled time of service.
  • Work Commenced – If Customer requests cancellation post the arrival of team/vehicle/Commencement of work.
  • Services Already Rendered Services that have already been provided or completed are typically non-refundable.
  • Cargo Picked Up – If the Customer wants to cancel a booking after the cargo has been collected by the pickup person for dispatch. In such case cargo can be returned but booking fees paid would be non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreements or disputes related to refunds, Halef International Pvt Ltd will make efforts to resolve the issue through constructive communication and negotiation.

Policy Updates

Halef International Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers through our official website or other appropriate channels.
