• "Customer": Refers to any individual or entity using our services or website.
• "Services": Refers to all relocation, logistics, courier, trucking, warehouse, and associated services provided by Nex Move.

2. Scope of Service

Nex Move provides relocation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. Specific service agreements will outline the scope, pricing, and obligations for each service.

3. User Responsibilities

• By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Ensure all items for relocation are lawful and free of hazardous materials.
• We do not accept to move perishable goods, Jewellery, Arms & Ammunitions, Hazardous material like Crackers, Explosives, Chemicals, Filled & Empty Gas Cylinder, Battery Acids, and Inflammable Oils; such as Diesel, Petrol, Kerosene, Gasoline, Narcotics & Counter brand Items.
• Comply with payment terms as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Notify the Company of any changes to scheduled services at least 3 business days in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule in your service contract or invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.
• Certain services may require an upfront deposit, which is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

5. Liability

• Nex Move is not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or force majeure events.
• The Company's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the value declared in the service agreement, provided the customer opts for insurance coverage.
• Our Maximum Liability for any Damage or Loss of goods would be the maximum or up to 5% of the charges quoted by us for the specific move execution if not covered under insurance.
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule in your service contract or invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.
• Certain services may require an upfront deposit, which is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nex Move website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Nex Move or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Modifications to Terms

Nex Move reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore Jurisdiction
